Your reservation will be instantly confirmed and in the meantime, the booking confirmation will be delivered to your email.
We do accept Visa, MasterCard & Amex credit / debit card payment via Stripe. The payment process will be a fully secured SSL checkout and safety is guaranteed. No any transaction fee applicable from our end while your bank may charge a transaction fee according to their policy.
We do accept SEPA (EUR), Bank wire (USD), Bank deposit (LKR) & Wise payments. A booking invoice will be issued via email to confirm the tentative reservation and once we received the payment confirmation, we’ll lock the dates and do the arrangements.
We can pick you from nearby islands or resorts subject to an additional surcharge. Please reach us via WhatsApp, contact us form or email to check for the additional surcharge may occur, prior to proceed the reservation.
Confirmed reservations are eligible for a 48-hour grace period, during which they can be cancelled for a full refund. This grace period applies only to reservations made at least 7 days in advance of the participation date. Reservations made within 7 days of the participation date are non-refundable.
For booking amendments, we require at least 48 hours’ notice before the start time. We will do our best to accommodate amendments, subject to availability and other practical constraints.
If you have a promo code originally issued by Tuktukdude, you may able to utilize it during the checkout.
You will receive complete instructions within 24 to 48 hours prior to start time of the experience or transfer. A designated meeting point will be shared (Maafushi is very tiny island. So you may walk there within minutes from any of guest houses on the island).
